| The call for appeal Gaming Machines Regulation in Aragon is open |

The Official Gazette of Aragon (BOA) announced that there is a possibility to appeal against it next month. The goal of the new rules is to adapt gaming machines to technological innovations developments and new demands for leisure, guaranteeing the necessary legal security to players, businessmen and the Administration itself. The Region of Aragon has exclusive competence in the field of game, betting and casinos, including electronically modes. The Directorate General of Internal pursues with these legal changes reducing the effects of the impact of global crisis in regional gaming sector and avoid aggravating economic and financial situation of gaming industry. The Government of Aragon has been subject to public regulation Gaming Machines Rules, which will amend Decree 163/2008 and regulates the gaming rules in this autonomous region.
