News in Bingo Rules of Navarra, approved by Decree 4133 ORDEN FORAL 609/2009, of July, 30th 2009 partially updating the Law 44/2002 of February 25, are the followings:

Article 1. Necessary personnel in authorized establishment for the bingo practice :
Necessary personnel is compulsory to running bingo halls for players and visitors checking, as well as to guarantee a proper management of the game.

Article 2. Admission control
Access control may be done manually, by viewing and annotation of National Identity Card, passport or equivalent document , by Personal Authentication Systems Using Multimodal Biometrics or using cards with owner information.
Players can be expelled from the bingo hall if they commit irregularities, whatever its nature, or they alter the order, stillness or normal development of the game.

Article 3.Development of the game.
During the game, the number information through the P.A. system can be done by Caller or by automatic locution .

This Decree Law shall enter into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of Navarre.
