In Resolution of 20 May 2009, form the Director General of Home Affairs, was agreed to submit to a public information the draft decree amending Decree 159/2002 of April 30, by approving the Games and Gambling Catalog of Aragon.

The Government of Aragon approved by Decree 159/2002 of April 30, the Games and Gambling Catalog, addressing the Article 3 "of exclusive games and gambling casinos, including the modalities '5 Card Stud Poker' and Synthetic Poker.

Decree 159/2002 of April 30, amended by Decree 206/2007 of July 24, with the only  purpose to allow the player to discard poker without buying an additional card, during the game.

With this new draft decree is intended to respond to the dynamics of the game in Aragon, by introducing several changes since the adoption of Decree 159/2002 of April 30, new modalities in exclusive games casino, games that do not be in the current catalog and justified , due to the demand
of business operators, the experience of other regions and the experience in practice of the games included in the Gaming and Games Catalog of Aragon, the extension of that Catalog, introducing new forms of poker and reviewing the material and personal description of the rules's operation and rules of some games exclusive casinos.

The draft decree may be examined during office hours at the Information and Documentation Service Management of the Government of Aragon.

Is granted within one month to make allegations or suggestions as necessary. To file allegations in the General Register of the Diputación General de Aragon.
