Tax proposal for the electronic bingo in Andalusia
The next April 21 in Malaga, Andalusia, is planned a meeting of Technical Bureau of Game of Andalusia. It will validate the tax proposal jointly submitted by the manufacturers of electronic bingo, wich will be approximately 10% of the win, using a model similar to the existing in casinos, consisting in segmentention proportional to the volume of sales.
According to Fernando Luis Henar, president of the Bureau, on Monday 27th, they should move the game offer to Andalusian Government (Junta de Andalucia),besides the Written Technical Paper. Once approved by the Administration shall determine the conditions of the pilot tests (rhalls, dates, modes of delivery, ...).
To the meeting will come Antonio Vallejo, Head of the Game of Autonomus Government of Andalusia and representatives of The Workers' Commissions (Spanish: Comisiones Obreras, CC.OO.), whose application for admission has been accepted recently.
For the moment, it has been assigned to each company the province where they can operate so as to record the results in a more structured way. VAPREL act in a minimum of 3 to 5 halls of Malaga, ZITRO will do it in Seille; CIRSA in Cadiz, RECREATIVOS FRANCO choosing between the other provinces a similar number of establishments. "The allocation by province is not inflexible, they think there isn't any problem if it's necessary to do combinations.
"If the Treasury considerers the fiscal model of this mode should be equal to the traditional bingo there is nothing to do. Originally sought a larger prizes and lower taxation," said Henar. Upon successful testing of administrative electronic bingo could start in September or October this year.
