The RESOLUTION IRP/798/2009 of March 23, provides directive on responsible gambling regarding to the lottery Binjocs.

The currently measures on responsible gaming for players of the lottery Binjocs was initiated in 2008.
The decree establishs a measure for responsible gaming, consisting to print in the terminals of lottery Binjocs multiple screens to communicate the players the following warning messages on the subject:

     a) message link, which communicates to the player when it starts a session by entering the cash or account number into the terminal.

     b) warning playing time, to communicate when player exceeds 30 and 60 minutes of continued game, with information on the time and playing time. With the warning message when it exceeded 60 minutes of play was also reported that the terminal will be disconnected after 90 minutes of continuous play.

     c) Message decoupling, to communicate to a player when exceeds 90 minutes of continued game, with information on playing time, the current time and the disconnection of the terminal at the end of the draw.

     d) help screen, to communicate to a  player when explicitly accessed through the function. HELP. at any time of the game, with more information on responsible gaming.

This Resolution shall enter into force on 20 April 2009 and no later than one month after the entry into force will take place the system suitability of the terminals Binjocs enabling implementation of the established directive.
