| Public Information of Project amending articles of the Regulation of Gaming Machines |
 CATALONIA: EDICT on March 16, 2009, to announce the draft decree amending some articles of the regulation of gaming machines, approved by Decree 23 / 2005 of February 22. EDICT, According to current regulations, the Department of Interior, Institutional Relations and Participation is processing the development of decree amending some articles of the regulation of gaming machines, approved by Decree 23/2005 of 22 February. In order to involve citizens in the process of the development of the decree in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of Law 13/1989, of December 14, organization, procedure and legal status of the Generalitat, and Article 86 of Law 30/1992 of November 26, the legal regime of public administrations and common administrative procedure, is submitted this project to public information, within twenty working days from the day following the publication date of this Edict to the DOGC (Oficial Gazette of Catalonia).
