| Cirsa increases their operating profit by 5% during the first nine months of the year |

During the third quarter (3Q) Cirsa turned over 405 million Euros with an operating profit of 55 million Euros, this represents an increase of 3% over the same quarter of last year. These results are mainly due to the following: - The B2B division has installed in Madrid 5.000 new machines thanks to the Madrid New Rules on Gaming Machines that has allowed to install video machines in bars. This way Cirsa currently controls a 52% of a total amount of gaming machines in the Spanish market. - The increase in the number of recreational machines in Italy which has now risen to 7.400 units. - Sportium is developing well in the sports betting market of the Autonomous Community of Madrid. There are 82 points-of-sale and the company expects to fulfill its goal before the end of the year. - The Casinos Division has consolidated its growth in the main markets of Latin-America. The Rosario Casino in Argentina, a construction of 126,000 square metres including a hotel, casino and convention centre, opened successfully its doors last October 15th and has received more than 450.000 visits during its first month of activity. The Valencia Casino will open on the second half of the coming year with a floor area of over 9,000 square metres housing 20 gaming tables, 150 machines, a VIP lounge, a restaurant and an events room. These results reflect Cirsa’s positive evolution during the first nine months of this year with clear expectations for sustained growth for its businesses.
