| A decrease in its EBITDA may occur in CODERE |

The chief Financial Officer's CODERE, Robert Gray, who attended the fifth forum Medcap on the Madrid Stock Exchange, said the company estimated that its EBITDA will be in the second quarter from 45 to 47 million euros. In the first three months of 2009 the company earned 1.7 billion euros, 54.5 percent more than the 1.1 million euros the same period of 2008, and EBITDA amounted to 55.4 million, of that 38 percent gave Mexico, which operates 105 bingo halls. Mexico is the country that has been most affected by the epidemic of influenza A, which has led to the cancellation of public events and the closure of premises, including playgrounds, as preventive measures.
