| VICTORIA APUESTAS to expand into Madrid |

This new premise will be open every day of the week, at 10 to 22:30 from Sunday to Friday and Saturday from 10 to 23h. There is possibility to bet on a wide range of sports betting, horse and dog racings. This is a step in the expansion strategy of CODERE. During 2010, the company expects to continue expanding their own premises, adding to the 50 currently operating outlets throughout the Community of Madrid. In the Basque Country, Victoria currently operates 65 outlets owned by its Basque partners, and is involved in the process of expansion through the Self-service Betting Terminals. VICTORIA continues with the installation of these terminals and estimates to reach 500 units throughout the territory of Euskadi.

VICTORIA opens today its fourth beting shop in Madrid, located in the Bravo Murillo Street. This new area has its own VICTORIA staff, dedicated to providing customer first class services. At the opening, there will be a small celebration.
