| Betplus launches into the Spanish Betting Market |

This location for sports betting has an area of 250 m², including a betting corner on the street-level space, right next to the area of the gaming machines. SPORT BETTING MADRID SA, owner of the Betplus brand, is a company formed by Egasa, Grupo Vicente Carrasco, Joypazar, CMC Cresmatic and Regama.This group is co-operating with the Austrian sports betting company Wettpunkt. Betplus plans to have approximately 70 of its own outlets in bingo halls, arcades and similar gaming locals in the Region of Madrid. With this opening, the betting map of Madrid is now formed by around 207 outlets approximately distributed in the following way:
